It’s a basic element of being a succesul English teacher. You should do well in listening， speaking， reading， and writing English. A good pronunciation of English is especially important to an English teacher. Many students love English just because they enjoy their teacher’s excellent pronunciation. But some of them can’t pronounce English accurately because their teacher has a poor pronunciation. And it’s very hard for them to rectify their pronunciation later.
