中国高校美籍英语教师在跨文化教学中碰到文化冲突探讨

采用实际案例,本文从两个角度探索了中国高校中的美籍英语教师在跨文化教学中碰到的文化冲突:中国高校中的美籍英语外教与中国学生在课堂上的文化冲突;中国高校中的美籍英语教师和中国行政部分在管理上的文化冲突,并阐述了产生这些文化冲突的深层原因。本文最后提出“文化适应”和“移情”作为解决这些文化冲突的途径。通过以上研究,作者希望与中国高校的美籍英语教师,中国学生和中国相关行政部分分享这些跨文化教学的经验,以期跨文化交流能更顺利地进行。【关键词】:中国高校的美籍英语教师跨文化教学文化冲突
