英汉词汇空缺现象与外语教学

众所周知，每个国家都有其各自的文化特点，这些特点都会在词汇中反映出来。通过比较英汉语言和文化之间的差异发现，词汇空缺现象在现实生活中是无所不在的，分别出现于诸如：科技、政治、经济、哲学、宗教、传统医学、体育、文学和社会生活等领域。在语言方面，英汉语词汇空缺主要表现在不同的语法范畴，如：数、性、人称、时态、语态和搭配等方面。本研究目的在于消除词汇空缺所带来的语言障碍，架设英汉语言交流与沟通的桥梁。为了达到这一目的，本文阐述了词汇空缺现象的表现及其成因，侧重探究如何处理在语言教学中的词汇空缺现象。在克服文化盲点和架设词汇空缺桥梁的方面，作者尝试了一些方法与策略，譬如词汇教学中运用文化导入、比较分析、词源展示、增强意识、处理英汉语的关系以及多渠道吸收文化内涵等手段；在翻译教学中运用，音译、意译、解释、文化替代等教学策略。作者相信，词汇空缺的研究不仅具有理论意义，还具有重要的实践价值。【关键词】：词汇空缺文化外语教学翻译策略
