用游戏活动调动职高生词汇学习动机行动探讨

词汇是构成语言的最重要因素,学习英语词汇是每一个英语学习者不可回避的一个重要环节。因此,如何在英语词汇教学中提高学生的词汇学习兴趣和学习能力具有重要的现实意义。作者根据职高生乐于踊跃参加各种文体、游戏活动的事实,对英语词汇教学活动提出了一个假设:一、游戏活动能否调动学生的词汇学习动机?二、游戏活动能否提高学生的词汇学习能力?作者从学习动机理论、词汇教学理论和游戏教学理论三个方面对游戏活动在英语词汇教学中的应用的可行性进行了理论论证,并采用行动研究的方法,对崇文区一个职高教学班进行了为期12周的教学实践。根据行动研究的过程,本论文分为以下五个章节:第一章先容了作者所在学校的词汇教学现状以及进行该行动研究的意义和将要解决的问题。第二章从学习动机理论、词汇教学理论和游戏教学理论三个方面入手,对将课堂游戏活动用于英语词汇教学的可行性和有效性进行了理论论证。第三章具体描述了研究方法,包括研究对象、研究工具和研究步骤,并设计了为期十二周的教学活动计划。第四章对研究的过程和结果做了具体地描述和汇报,并对前后测调查问卷、学生访谈、课堂观察、教师日志以及前后两次词汇测试进行数据分析,得出研究结果。第五章是结论部分。本章回答了第一章提出的研究问题,得出了课堂游戏活动能够调动职高生的词汇学习动机,提高词汇学习效率,而且有助于融洽师生关系的结论,同时反思了本研究的局限性并对未来的研究提出了一些建议。【关键词】：词汇教学游戏活动学习动机行动研究
