以顺应论述角度浅析语用失误

加入WTO和经济的全球化对人们的外语语用能力和我国的外语教学提出了更高的要求。近年来,众多的语言学者十分注重语言运用的研究,外语教育界也不断将研究成果应用于外语教学,所以外语学习者实际的语言运用能力已有长足的进步。但结果并非尽如人意。本文旨在从顺应理论的角度分析语用失误的成因,并在此基础上提出减少和避免语用失误产生的措施。作者通过对高中三年级学生,大学一年级和二年级学生英语语用能力的问卷调查,验证了语言能力强的语言学习者拥有较强的语用能力,但同时也证实了当前学生的语用能力仍然是相当欠缺的,存在着较严重的问题。然后作者从一个新的研究角度,即运用顺应理论来研究语用失误的成因,以交际语境为视角,从交际语境诸因素――心理世界,社交世界,物理世界――以及语言本身出发,根据调查中所反映的问题,分析了语用失误的成因。最后作者得出结论,在具体的交际过程中,交际双方都要做出选择一边顺应各种交际语境因素,从而达到交际目的。语用失误正是由于在交际过程中交际的一方或双方忽视了语言与各种语境因素的顺应造成的。因此,语言顺应是交际中避免语用失误的一种有效策略。顺应理论是具有高度概括性和覆盖面广的理论。最后,作者从语言使用者和外语教学的角度提出了减少和避免语用失误的措施。【关键词】:语用失误顺应理论语用能力
